Hi, I’m Lilly, and welcome to Precision Lymphatics.

I created this practice because after 20 years of working in the medical field and the past nine as a massage therapist, I realized there are so many undeserved women in my community who were suffering in silence because they couldn’t find someone who could help them the way they needed.

They were post-partum, post-surgical, in treatment for cancer, in remission, post-masectomy, in chronic pain that nothing resolves, living with lymphedema, living with lipedema, peri-menopausal and menopausal, storing unresolved grief, trauma, PTSD, anxiety, women who were moving but not thriving through life. I kept meeting all these women that needed more than just a deep massage, more than just stretching, more than just relaxation.

Over time I learned they wanted to be seen, feel heard and understood, feel safe and validated, feel lighter, experience reduction in physical and mental pain and fatigue, feel safer in their bodies, regain alignment in their body, mind, and spirit. They wanted a practitioner who could support them throughout their whole healing journey lifespan.

This is why at Precision Lymphatics, you are more than just a patient. You’re a whole woman with a unique story, your own rhythm, and a body that deserves to be listened to with empathy and kindness, clinical expertise, and your safety and goals are my highest priority. Always. 🩷
